Children attending non-participating schools or home-schooled children are welcome to join the Children's University.

You can register your child with York CU via York Theatre Royal Box Office or Visit York during opening hours.

Parents/guardians should:

• Purchase a Passport To Learning for £5
• Monitor their child's progress and provide encouragement 
• Submit up to date hours twice a year when requested by York CU (usually January and June). 
• York CU then invite children who have reached over 65 hours to the next Graduation ceremony. Bronze certificates for 30 hours are sent out in the post as the award is reached.
