Downloadable Learning Destination Activities

We are working with a number of our national learning partners to create a range of activities which support children's independent learning, and can also be used by groups of children and their families.

To begin the collection we have developed a Forest Trail with the Forestry Commission and a Creative Arts Explorer pack with Bigfoot Creative Arts. Details of how to complete the activities and gain time in the Learning Passport are included within the pack.

We will be adding more activities soon, and would love to hear your feedback and suggestions for further activities.

Please click on the below links to download the activities:

WHEELS OF TIME MATERIALS

If the site is Validated and listed on the Wheels of Time website, CU website map/App, there will be activities available onsite and the venues will issue 2 Learning Credits.  These are the support materials for those NON-Validated Wheels of Time sites.

**  In order to demonstrate the activity has taken place you will need to either take photographs, write a diary, produce a scrapbook, make a film etc. to submit to Kent Children's University.  The Evidence Sheets / Learning Destination diary / Film Review act as a guide/prompt and are not a pre-requisite to earning the Learning Credits.  Please only send evidence upon completing all the activities you wish to complete.

How will I receive my Learning Credits?

Once your child has completed a Downloadable Learning Destination activity, you will need to post or email the completed pack and/or diary along with a letter outlining your address and child's name to KCU.  The details are above.

If sending items to KCU, please post/email them to us at:  Kent Children's University
